PLACING AN ORDER IS EXTREMELY EASY, AND CAN BE DONE 24/7.
The orderprocess consists 5 steps:
1. You just click on the button "Shopping Bag" next to the article('s) you wish to order.
Of course you can always remove an article when you click on the blue shopping bag at the top of the page and then click on the "X" next to the article. At the Cart page you can also see the International Delivery costs when the destination is selected.
2. Proceed to checkout and you will be able to Login / Register or check out as guest.
3. you'll need to select a Shipping option, by first selecting the country where the delivery address is located. Make sure the other fields are filled in correctly too.
4. Then you can select a Payment method.
5. Then we ask you to check your order once again, to accept the General Terms, and then you can click on "Place order " to confirm your order.
You then will arrive on the well secured platform of MultiSafePay.
After payment you will receive an e-mail from us to confirm the order.
How does the payment process work?
In order to process the Online payments we have entered into an agreement with MultiSafePay,in this way guaranteeing utmost security and convenience. MultiSafePay is a secured Internet platform processing electronic payments for companies and is one of the market leaders in this field.

If you have a PayPal account, or if you get one for free at www.paypal.com, then you can also pay with PayPal. On a PayPal account you can safely connect your Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Given the transaction costs of Paypal for us, we are forced to charge 3,5% extra for this.

DIRECTebanking.com is the direct payment method of Payment Network AG. More information on www.payment-network.com
DIRECTebanking.com allows you to directly and automatically trigger a credit transfer during your online purchase with your online banking information. Available in the following countries: Belgium, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Giropay (Germany) No extra costs.
Bank (Wire-) Transfer (to Mulisafepay) No extra costs.
At the end of the orderproces you will see all the relevant information to make a (international) bank transfer. We will send this also in an email. (Delivery can take a little bit more time because we only ship after receiving payment).
Belgium and the Netherlands:
Bancontact / MisterCash (Belgium) No extra costs.
iDEAL: (ING, Rabobank, ABN Amro, Postbank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, SNS Bank, ASN Bank and Triodos. iDEAL is a Dutch payment method) No extra costs.
In the ordering process you are able to carry out the payment with iDEAL. An online confirmation from the bank enables us to quickly process the confirmation and the delivery of the order.
