Loyalty points are always linked to an account. So if you want to use our loyalty points system, you must first log in to an existing account. We stopped rewarding with points per 30 june 2023. After receiving the product, you have a period of 30 days to return or exchange a product. However, we can (in most cases) only take back products if we receive unopened and undamaged packaging.
