Normally your items will be dispatched to the transporters on the day of your order or the next working day.
Once we have finished the processing of your payment, the items that you have ordered, subject to availability in stock, are shipped to you.

Of course we aim to avoid out-of-stock situations and items that are not in stock anymore will be removed from the web shop as soon as possible!
In most cases, on average, EU customers will receive their order within 3 to 7 working days at the latest.
There is a longer term of delivery for orders from outside the EU. You must allow for an average of 4 to 10 working days at the most.

 

RETURNS

Yes, you can.

Return without reason given:
After receipt of the product you dispose of a period of time of 30 days to cancel the contract without reason given and to return the product or change it.
In case you wish to use this arrangement you do have to notify this per e-mail to return@shavesavings.com Return in the original, undamaged and complete packing.

We can only arrange for the return of your purchase, provided you have contacted ShaveSavings.com previously!
In your e-mail always state your name, address and invoice number.
You will receive a reply within 12 hours on average and at the most within two working days.

This reply, an e-mail message, will contain the return instructutions with a return authorization number and address to which you can send the goods.
Please enclose a printout of the return ticket with the returned goods.
You shall return the goods (in the original and complete packing) undamaged, complete and unused.
The total of the initial shipping expenses will be deducted from the already paid or due costs.
Clearly state your account number on the return ticket.
Within 14 working days after receipt of the returned goods, the amount remaining, is transferred back Into your account.

Return with stating reason:
Your order is processed with the utmost care, however it is possible something has gone wrong at our office or during the transport.
Should you detect on receipt of the ordered articles that your order has been opened or damaged, or establish that the delivered goods do not match the ordered items, you shall inform us immediately.

You shall notify this per e-mail to return@shavesavings.com in order to enable us to make the necessary arrangements and to deliver a new product to you.
Please, do always state in your e-mail your name, address and invoice number.

Normally you will receive a reply within 24 hours and at the latest within two working days.
This reply, by e-mail, will contain a Return ticket including a Return Authorization and adres to which you can send your return goods.
You can print it and enclose it with the return.

ShaveSavings.com considers it self-evident that in such a case your order is corrected free of charge!
